Front Office Manager - Hilton Warwick

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Front Office Manager at the Hilton Warwick/Stratford-upon-Avon. Our hotels is a 181 bedroomed hotel located just off the M40/Junction 15.

THE PERSON

As Front of House Manager, you are always working on behalf of our guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you must possess the following attitude, behaviours, skills and values that follow;

• Passion for the hospitality industry.
• Confident understanding of computer skills and an excellent telephone manner.
• Confident and approachable, with enthusiasm and motivation.
• Desire to provide excellent customer service and exceeding targets.
• Previous experience in the same role or a strong Assistant Reception Manager looking for her first head of department experience.

THE ROLE
As Front Office Manager you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards;

• Ensure achievement of budgeted profitability and occupancy.
• To complete the weekly reception rota to ensure sufficient cover for the hotel business and operations.
• To deal with guest feedback as appropriate, recording and sharing information.
• To chair monthly reception meetings.
• To carry out one to ones with all the reception team.
• To attend daily and weekly operations meetings to ensure FOH are represented and preparing the required documents for these meetings and communicating the information given at these meetings to the reception team.
• To manage the reception team and ensure a smooth running of the reception desk on a day to day basis.
• To develop and train new and existing staff on any new hotel standards and procedures and ensure all staff are fully trained in all reception procedures.
• To carry out Duty Manager shifts to ensure smooth running of the hotel and to maintain hotel standards at their highest level.
