Finance Manager - Doubletree by Hilton, Cheltenham

DoubleTree by Hilton, Cheltenham, is one of the finest regency hotels in Cheltenham, nestled in glorious grounds in the heart of the Cotswolds and proudly flying the Double Tree by Hilton Flag.

THE ROLE

The successful candidate will oversee all the financial aspects of the business, from the Hotel's profit & loss account, payroll, forecasting, stock management, supplier payments to the control of all financial processes within the unit.

They will provide timely and reliable financial information to allow effective decision making, whilst working alongside the Hotel GM and HODs to deliver business objectives and financial targets.

THE PERSON

• 2-3 years’ experience within a similar hotel accounting environment.
• A high level of organisation and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritise and delegate tasks and remain calm under pressure.
• Self-motivation and drive- and be able to motivate others to achieve.
• Good presentation and IT skills, a professional manner and excellent command of written & spoken English.
• A pro-active and can-do attitude with excellent team working skills.
• Ability to explain and interpret financial information for all to understand.
