Job Title: - Assistant Operations Manager F & B

We have an exciting opportunity for someone who wants a career in hotel management and who is looking for their first Operations Managers position within 18 months.

We are a 4* hotel situated in Stoke on Trent with 147 Bedrooms, incorporating Etruria Hall, Josiah Wedgwood’s former home, with 11 meeting/events rooms, ballroom for up to 600 and Josiah’s Bar and Grill which seats up to 220 guests

As the Assistant Operations Manager, you will be very Food & Beverage Biased and will be responsible for the restaurant, bar banqueting and the lounge


• Management and control of stock
• Management and control of F & B and reception operation
• Management and arrangement of staff Rota’s
• Serving Customers in a Professional and Polite manor at all times
• Good Communication and Hospitality Skills
• To Deliver an High Level of Customer Service
• Ultimately to leave customs with the feel good factor that makes them come back again and again.

Must Have

• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• A Professional Appearance
• Proven Track Record in Hotel Management
• Experience in Food & Beverage overall
• Knowledge and Experience in financial management
• Ideally suit a hands-on current F & B Manager or smaller hotel Operations Manager

This is a full time position, available immediately, Pay rate is £28,000.00 pa
